At Capital Book Publications, we follow a simple and transparent ownership philosophy: you own the final content we produce for you. Once the final deliverable has been submitted and paid for in full, all rights are transferred to you. We retain no claims, licensing rights, or usage rights. You may use, publish, edit, or distribute the content in any manner you see fit.
We require full payment upfront before beginning any services.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees associated with their purchase.
We offer a 14-day revision window, which may be extended in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Revision timelines begin once a revision request is received and acknowledged.
Before a project starts, Capital Book Publications conducts a one-on-one consultation with each client to review requirements and project scope.
Any service alterations or additional requirements discovered after the project begins will be communicated and may affect timelines, pricing, or deliverables as permitted under our Terms & Conditions.
Note: The following refund policies are general guidelines. Specific terms, amounts, and eligibility may vary depending on the initial official contract offered to each author.
A refund request can be submitted before the final work is delivered.
Refunds will be processed after deducting transaction charges (e.g., $150 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is lower), unless otherwise specified in the author’s contract.
No refunds will be issued after 90 calendar days from the date of purchase, unless the author’s contract specifies a different timeframe.
Refunds are not granted for "Change of Mind," unless the contract states otherwise.
75% payment is typically required once the manuscript is submitted but before design work begins.
50% payment is typically required once design or pre-production work starts (formatting, editing, image setup, resizing, etc.).
No refund is provided after final approval of the project or manuscript, unless a different arrangement is stated in the author’s contract.
If an author is dissatisfied with services, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of project completion, unless the contract specifies a different window.
Refunds may be offered partially, based on the extent of services utilized and revision attempts provided, and may also be governed by the terms outlined in the author’s contract.
Refund requests must be submitted within the required timeline for eligibility, which may vary per contract.
